Great accommodation - clean and well-maintained with beautiful surroundings. The staff were friendly and efficient. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. The hotel was in an excellent location, just a short distance away from the beach.
Some aspects felt slightly overpriced and there weren't many restaurants nearby, so we had to eat all of our meals at the hotel.

We had a fantastic time at this place. The location is absolutely amazing, right on the beach. It was so convenient to have beach access and spend the day lounging on the sun terrace and swimming in the outdoor pool. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure all our needs were met. We especially enjoyed the spa and wellness center, where we indulged in body scrubs, massages, and beauty treatments. The garden area was beautifully maintained and provided a serene atmosphere for relaxation. The room amenities were top-notch, with a flat-screen TV and a comfortable seating area. We also appreciated the delicious dining options and the special diet menus that were available.
We highly recommend this hotel for families seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay. Enjoy the beautiful beach and all the amenities this place has to offer.

Beachfront location, Waves, Environmental practices, Staff
We loved the beachfront location of this hotel. The waves were great fun and the environmental practices were excellent. The staff were friendly and the food was good. We also appreciated the driveable distance from Mexico City.

I recently enjoyed a five, night stay at a lovely beachfront hotel for a truly peaceful getaway. the friendly and helpful staff made for a fantastic experience, providing excellent service and great little touches like fresh juice and milkshakes. the hotel features beautiful rooms and bathrooms. Guests can enjoy relaxing in the hammocks, playing on the trampoline and swimming in the non, heated pool.
The staff's lack of English, speaking skills may present a communication challenge to non, Spanish speakers.

Great location by the beach and easy to find. the hotel staff were helpful and friendly. the food was fresh and delicious, with a great variety of options and served at any time of day.
The restroom was small and not well-maintained, with a unpleasant smell. the hotel did not have a lifeguard or protected swimming area, making it difficult to enjoy water activities.
